The tour process is simple.

Our tours are app-based and self-paced. You will be using the apps ‘Cluekeeper’ and ‘Google Maps.’

Every tour (except for ‘The National Park Tour’) starts and ends at the Joshua Tree National Park Visitor Center in Joshua Tree. (6554 Park Blvd, Joshua Tree, CA 92252)

As you arrive at each new location and you will be required to solve a clue, riddle, puzzle, or ciphers based on clues given to you on the ‘Cluekeeper’ app. Once you enter the correct answer into the ‘Cluekeepr’ app, Google Maps will lead you to the next location.

If you can’t figure out the answer, don’t worry, you can always ask for a ‘hint’ that gives you the correct answer. Points will be rewarded for each correct answer (you’ll receive more if you get it right on the first attempt).

If you are the less-adventurous type or you do not speak English well, you may want to purchase the ‘eTour Guide,’ which does not have clues, riddles, puzzles, or ciphers.
