All merchandise is made to order through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Because each item is custom produced when you place your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or ordering errors.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If your order appears lost in transit, contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue with our fulfillment partner.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order. Orders returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.
