Participation in any self-guided tour or location-based experience is undertaken voluntarily and at your own risk.

Desert and outdoor environments present inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Extreme temperatures

  • Wildlife encounters

  • Uneven terrain

  • Vehicle damage

  • Getting lost or disoriented

  • Limited cellular service

  • Property damage

  • Personal injury

The Secret Tours does not supervise, control, or monitor participant activity and is not responsible for individual decisions, actions, navigation choices, driving conditions, or safety precautions.

By participating in any self-guided tour, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your personal safety, vehicle condition, navigation decisions, and property.

Participants are strongly encouraged to:

  • Carry adequate water and supplies

  • Check weather conditions

  • Inform others of their plans

  • Follow all local laws and park regulations
